Tees Valley Inclusion Project CIC has vast experience with Equality and Diversity initiatives. We have often acted as advisors for organisational change and can therefore provide information based on well-researched learning techniques and methodologies. Our face-to-face learning programmes work with small groups and deliver larger workshop training and seminars which engage learners with lively course content and practical learning solutions.

Meeting Equality and Diversity compliance and regulation can be ownerous and difficult to achieve, especially with limited resources in the current economical climate. We have gathered best practice, tried and tested models in various sectors and implemented this into bite size training solutions. From effective policy, strategy and action planning we assist organisations with effective change management programmes so Equality and Diversity is not just rhetoric it is mainstreamed and delivers positive outcomes for those outlined in the Equality Act 2010 and local defined groups who also need to be engaged in the organisational process. We ensure our learning solutions leave a lasting impression for staff and help to improve service user experiences.
